On Friday 29 April The Stag Hotel’s fine dining establishment Vardon Restaurant, will be poppin’ bottles to celebrate A Night with Moet & Chandon.

Exquisitely modern dishes have been specially created by Head Chef Camillo Crugnale to compliment the champagne’s fruity flavours and elegant maturity.

“Ooh La La,” I hear you say and you’re not wrong. We’re talking a five-course degustation matched with five glasses of Moet & Chandon’s finest bubbly. The menu comprises of contemporary twists on quality meat and fish including flathead, beef and pork (click on the menu for full details).
