One of London’s favourite pan-Asian restaurants has just launched a new location in Chelsea and it is – to be put quite simply – as stylish as it is a treat for the tastebuds.

The other week, we were invited to the official launch of e&o Chelsea, where we indulged on lychee martinis and tuna tataki amongst a buzzing crowd of London’s celebrities and socialites.

The menu takes inspiration from across Asia, combining influences of Chinese, Japanese, Sri Lankan, Malaysian and Thai cuisine. With seemingly infinite plates of canapes afloat at the launch, we were having a downright ball. Think kimchi edamame, black cod dumplings, vegetable gyoza, wagyu fillet, truffle teriyaki and so many more great Asian staples with an e&o twist.

Setting-wise, a spacious interior meets sleek, minimalist design with a modern front bar and cosy couch seating to the back of the restaurant. We loved the combination of a polished marble finish and neutral colour palette.

Known to be a mecca for the stars of Made in Chelsea and other industry names, e&c have set themselves a high standard. However, the restaurant offers this spectacular classy-meets-casual vibe that still makes the spot accessible to a wider target market, not just to the owners of a Chanel handbag.

Why not make e&o Chelsea your next dinner destination and let us know what you think. Maybe we’ll see you there?
