This past Wednesday, the architecturally exquisite Queen Victoria Building in Sydney played host to the official launch of Badgley Mischka Bride at Eternal Bridal.
Mark Badgley and James Mischka are huge names in the fashion industry, having been named one of the ‘Top 10 American Designers’ by Vogue.
The duo have been known to dress countless celebrities on the red carpet, with Badgley Mischka being worn by the likes of Jennifer Lopez, Taylor Swift, Oprah Winfrey, Katy Perry, Kate Winslet, Sarah Jessica Parker and more.
Introducing their bridal collection to Australia with the help of Eternal Bridal, a debut fashion parade and champagne toast only seemed fitting.
Guests gathered to an enchanting runway setup in the Tea Room, lit up by sparkling fairy lights and stunning chandeliers hanging from the ceiling.
A piano decorated with feminine floral elements and candles acted as a centrepiece for the show, complete with live music from Limited Edition Band.
We stared on in awe of the flowing gowns gliding down the runway, getting lost in the glittering crystals, excessive tulle, intricate lace-work and beautiful beading before us.
The designs were innately versatile, boasting big, bodacious gowns trailing for miles down the runway, alongside some more petite and simplistic ones.
As if the dresses weren’t breathtaking enough, the range was complimented with unique bridal crowns designed by exclusive couture milliner, Viktoria Novak.
