Fitness for your skin with Advanced Aesthetics’s Skin Gym

Advanced Aesthetics is a brand new, family-owned skin and health clinic delivering quality skin care treatments, advice, and the ultimate skin care plan you’ve been missing out on all this time: the Skin Gym.

Yep, that’s right, just like working out your muscles by hitting a sweat session at the gym, you need to work out your skin. As per Advanced Aesthetic’s website, “Our skin’s turnover rate is on average 28 days, with not all cells in the same phase at any time.” This means that in order to keep skin healthy and fresh, you need to engage in a regular skincare plan. With our skin getting exposed to so many impurities from the likes of pollution, and with harsh UV rays penetrating our skin, our skin is constantly getting a bit of a beating.

The Skin Gym works totally flexible according to your financial needs, offering monthly plans to cover a range of treatments. For that suited monthly membership fee, you can be offered the likes of massages, peels, facials, skin workout treatments and more depending on your preferences.  All members are also given a bunch of great benefits, including skin cancer checks, birthday vouchers, discounted hair removal treatments, a bring-a-friend session a year and so much more. Just check the site here for more info!

One of the treatments that can be included in this awesome package deal is the HydraFacial, which is a treatment we got the chance to personally try out at the Advanced Aesthetics clinic in Goodwood last week. What we seriously loved about this treatment was the convenience of it. Taking up just 20-30 minutes of our time meant we can get back on top of all our responsibilities for the day, all the while still receiving the maximum benefits of the facial. Feeling rejuvenated and refreshed, we left the clinic ready to take on the day with a glowing complexion.
