The Holdy new summer menu + NYE

Forget the fish and chip shop next time you’re at the beach… The Holdy has lunch covered!

The popular beachside restaurant has recently launched its new summer menu featuring the best this season has to offer. Here, traditional pub grub favourites are mixed with unique international flavours.

“We wanted to inject some character into the menu. It’s a fun and interesting celebration of all Australian cultures, it all comes together and sings on the plate,” says The Holdy Venue Manager Jeff Owens.

And, boy, is Jeff on the money! The new menu offers dishes such as Thai Chilli Mussels, Mushroom and Haloumi Burger, Crispy Skin Duck, and not forgetting dessert, Chu Chu Churros.

Head Chef Hayley Mass believes in risk-taking and embracing diverse and global tastes, taking inspiration from her travels and experience in a range of restaurants all over the world.

The launch of their summer menu also brings along an exciting new brunch menu with traditional favourites such as smashed avo on toast and delicious Belgian waffles.

Following The Holdy’s recent makeover, it also offers fabulously flexible function rooms perfect for anything from work conferences to birthday parties, with the beach providing the ideal backdrop for any event!
