Lisa Messenger, author, entrepreneur, media identity and founder of the popular Collective Hub will open the 2016 Adelaide Fashion Festival with a luncheon at the Mercedes-Benz Adelaide showroom.
The event, titled ‘Daring and Disruptive’ will take place on Wednesday 19 October. Guests will enjoy a special menu prepared by Tasting Australia creative director Simon Bryant and will hear about Lisa’s career journey to become on of Australia’s most respected and inspiring women and authors.
The Collective, Lisa’s print magazine has 36 issues and counting, is distributed in 37 countries and has featured countless inspiring and powerful women including Jess Hart, Coco Rocha and Gritty Pretty founder Eleanor Pendleton.
Lisa says she is excited to connect with the Adelaide audience and believes our state is an “untapped destination for entrepreneurs”.
The event also celebrates the start of a three-year partnership between Mercedes-Benz Adelaide and the Adelaide Fashion Festival after a successful 2015 program.
The lunch is just one of the many fabulous events part of the Adelaide Fashion Festival 2016 program.
Daring and Disruptive will take place on Wednesday 19 October 12-3PM at Mercedes-Benz Adelaide, 20 Sir Donald Bradman Drive, Mile End.
