Rating Soulara Snacks From meh to yaaas

Soulara Choc Chip Cookie Dough Bites

If you’ve been reading our blog for a while now, you’ll know we’re big fans of Soulara. Delivering plant-based, ready-made meals to Aussies everywhere, Soulara has been helping us stay healthy and eat well even when everything else was going a bit tits up. What you might not know though is that Soulara doesn’t just do ready-made meals – they also have a range of plant-based snacks, ready for you to grab-and-go from the fridge.

Over our many Soulara orders, we’ve tried all the tasty snacks they have to offer, and we’ve rated them from our least favourite (which were still pretty good to be fair) to our all-time, number one Soulara snack addiction.

5. Choco Delights

Soulara Choco Delights

These are probably our least favourite Soulara snack, however we’d still eat them if they were in front of us. The reason we don’t like them as much is probably that we’re not the biggest fans of dates, and dates are one of the main ingredients in these treats. The Choco Delights are essentially your typical raw bliss-ball-type snack, made using the aforementioned dates, cacao powder, almonds, vanilla protein powder and rolled in desiccated coconut, so if you like date-based balls you’ll probably like these.

4. Cacao Hazelnut Truffles

Soulara Cacao Hazelnut Truffles

Same deal with the Cacao Hazlenut Truffles – these are a date-based bliss ball, however they do kind of taste like Nutella, so they get some extra points in our books. Made using hazelnuts, dates (of course), cacao powder, maple syrup and some sea salt for a hint of saltiness among the sweet, they’re still a damn tasty snack we’d probably eat, but we’d polish off the next three first.

3. Salted Caramel Dreams

Soulara Salted Caramel Dreams

These are honestly so yum, and even though they’re salted caramel flavour, they only have 6 grams of sugar per ball/ serving. They’re made with maca powder, cashews, coconut, agave nectar, vanilla extract, cashew butter and sea salt, and are like a rich, buttery ball of deliciousness. One of these will satisfy any sweet tooth without causing a massive blood sugar spike like other sweet treats.

2. Paleo Peanut Butter Cups

Soulara Paleo Peanut Butter Cups

Sort of like a healthy Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup, these are probably the least sweet of the lot but are still super delicious, which is why we’re big fans of them. They’re made from a sort of dark chocolate on the outside with a super yum peanut butter filling, sprinkled with desiccated coconut on top. They only have 3 grams of sugar per serve, making them a truly guilt-free treat.

1. Choc Chip Cookie Dough Bites

Soulara Choc Chip Cookie Dough Bites

All we can say about these is wow. The Soulara Choc Chip Cookie Dough Bites are one of the most delicious snacks we’ve ever tried, and we’re fully addicted. They taste just like raw cookie dough with chunks of chocolate throughout, but with only 4 grams of sugar and totally plant-based (like everything on the menu). We didn’t realise dairy-free chocolate could taste so good, but whatever choc chips Soulara use in these, they’re so damn tasty. They’re also quite peanutty, which we love. Honestly, everyone needs to try these Choc Chip Cookie Dough Bites because they’re pure naughtiness.
