Ready Set… List!

If you enjoy jokes about bodily fluids, autopsy cafes and cadaver awards (and let’s be honest, who doesn’t?) then this is the comedy show you must see at this year’s Fringe Festival.

You know you’re in for a top night when the first comedian has to reassure the crowd before he starts that he’s a nice guy, not racist, loves women and doesn’t think poor people should be killed.

Originally a TV show, Set List is one of the most loved comedy shows around the world and has been warmly welcomed to the city for the Adelaide Fringe.

Those brave enough to sit in the front row were harassed by the lovable and charismatic host, Lindsey Webb as half a dozen comedians held on by the skin of their teeth. It’s known as comedy without a net for a reason!

Completely unscripted and absolutely hilarious, some of Australia’s funniest took to the stage in the eccentric venue that is the Rhino Room, to tackle the challenging and often, unbelievable subjects that appeared before their eyes.

As most of the Set List comedians including Tom Ballard, Peter Hellier and Angus Hodge have their own shows during the Fringe, Set List is the perfect sneak peak of the laughs they have to offer.

With plenty of unscripted giggles, the Adelaide Fringe describes Set List as ‘a fully improvised stand-up show which takes the cream of the comedy circuit and presents them with the ultimate challenge: come up with a brand new comedy routine on the spot – based on topics handed to them as they approach the mic.’

For comedy lovers, Set List is a must see!
