Redken launch their ‘Naturals’ range at Radio Hair Salon

Starting the week off right, we were invited into Radio Hair Salon at King’s Cross on grey and rainy Monday morning to try out the brand new Redken Naturals range. Vegan, sulphate, silicone and paraben free, the range aims to look and feel just like your regular salon-quality hair products, but better for you and the environment.

Available in three of Redken’s cult favourite ranges, All Soft, Extreme and Colour Extend, each product uses natural essential oils like sweet orange, kaffir lime and cold pressed lemon to nourish and treat your hair. Just like your regular shampoo you only need to use a little bit to get a good lather up, and same goes for the conditioner.

Mel had the Extreme range used in her hair and it had just been bleached blonde while Kristen was recommended Colour Extend, as she still has some remnants of bleach in the ends of her hair from when she was blonde. After having our hair washed with the new products and blow dried, our hair was left smelling AMAZING and felt clean, weightless and looked super shiny.

Unlike other Redken bottles, the Naturals range is made from non-opaque plastic as it’s made from 90% recyclable materials. With all this to take into consideration, why not go for natural next time you’re at the salon or picking up a new shampoo and conditioner?
