We were admittedly a little confused when we first heard of this concept. High Tea serving just chocolates? But why?
Well no, it’s not just chocolates. The special thing about Choc on Choc’s quirky High Tea is that the chocolates have actually been moulded to look like lifelike little scones, cucumber sandwiches and biscuits, as a traditional High Tea would serve. In fact, the makeshift chocolate scones actually ooze jam out of them! How sweet!
This has got to be one of the cutest ideas shaking up the High Tea world yet. The British chocolatier is hosting this sweet sensation in celebration of National Afternoon Tea Week (which is happening all this week 13th – 19th of August) at the London Marriott Hotel Park Lane in its Lanes of London restaurant. The experience is £39.50 per person and reservations can be made via 020 76475 6664 or on the website lanesoflondon.co.uk.
