Man, Adelaide has definitely flourished since Uber X hit up the city earlier this year. Now there’s some good news for all the foodies out there because UberEATS has landed. We all have those days where leaving the house sounds like a whole lot of effort and it becomes some sort of paradox if you’re a fan of eating out. UberEATS is totally going to fix that for us as we can now get some quality grub delivered to our doors (if you live in the inner city suburbs that is!).
12 hours a day, 7 days a week, UberEATS will be in full throttle from 10am to 10pm everyday. Our favourite Adelaide restaurants will be able to deliver, such as ‘jewels in Jock Zonfrillo’s crown like Blackwood Bistro and Nonna Mallozzi; foodie favourites such as Osteria Oggi and Ginza Miyako; and local icons Burger Theory and Melt Pizzeria’. Perfect for parties, perfect for a good night in and perfect for us hermits!

This whole thing is a fantastic opportunity for local restaurants because Uber is generating a whole lot of new customers and we get to enjoy some top-notch dishes at complete convenience. UberEATS has been popping up all over the world in cities such as London and Los Angeles while also successfully launching in Melbourne and Sydney earlier this year, so it’s great that Adelaide is no longer missing out.
