For those of you who follow our Instagram, you’d know we try to get our hair done as regularly as we can to keep it healthy and glowing. We have the wonderful team down at Zink the Element of Hair Unley to thank for that, making sure our luscious blonde locks are never dull.
Seeing as we both have quite blonde-silver hair, it requires a helluva lot of maintenance. Not only do we dye/tone our hair often to keep it the perfect blonde, we tend to bash our hair a fair bit with heat tools. Zink Hair is always there to ensure the colour of our hair is kept clean and the strands are kept strong using L’Oreal Professionnel, no matter how much we mess with it.
The Zink team is full of bright, friendly and talented staff, two of which have been selected to participate in the prestigious L’Oreal Professional Colour Trophy this weekend. It’s a huge achievement for the salon to be having their Creative Director Joe Cotroneo and talented hairdresser Diana Carnevale participate!
The Colour Trophy is the longest running live hair-dressing competition and is in its 63rd year this year. With the national final being held at Crown Melbourne this Sunday the 4th, the night will no doubt be full of glitz and glam. The competition will be bringing together the industry’s elite, alongside some celebrity appearances such as Danni Minogue (2018 Guest Ambassador for the Colour Trophy). We’d like to wish Joe and Diana the best of luck for this exciting moment; considering we are Zink regulars who have been exclusively going to the salon for over half a year now, we feel we can certainly vouch for these passionate hair connoisseurs.
