It was a year full of exciting firsts for Adelaide Fashion Festival, and David Jones joining forces with Vogue to present Runway 4 was definitely a standout.
Premium labels exclusive to David Jones like By Johnny, Aje, Bec + Bridge, Armani, Vik + Woods, Camilla and Marc, PE Nation, Alice McCall, Kit X, Camilla and Rebecca Vallance were shown on the runway, showing us the broad range currently available instore.
As well as womenswear, menswear labels Calibre, Paul Smith, Ted Baker, Academy and Politix showcased the latest in mens fashion, and swimwear labels Jets, Sunseeker and Milea has us mentally planning our next island vacation.
One of the newest labels to land in David Jones Rundle Mall is Maje, fresh from Paris and boasting the perfect pieces needed to give your wardrobe a European edge. We saw some pieces on the David Jones runway, and fell totally in love. Think loads of velvet, embellishments and fun patterns.
David Jones were kind enough to dress us for the Friday night of AFF, and we picked out some amazing pieces from Manning Cartel, Camilla and Marc, Trelise Cooper and Self Portrait.
