Sunescape Instant Self Tan Mousse
It goes without saying that our #1 product from Sunescape would be the Instant Self Tan Mousse. While we’ve tried dozens of tanning mousses in our time, the reason we love Sunescape’s offering is that it dries in 10 minutes, doesn’t feel sticky and doesn’t leave you with that chemically-fake tan smell you usually get. That makes it perfect for busy people like us, because you can throw on a comfy dress after and run some errands or tackle your to-do list while it develops for 4-5 hours. As with any home tanning product, we would recommend showering before use and giving your body a good scrub to remove any dead skin. Rather than be super sparkly or glittery, this body tint just offers a hint of warm colour and a soft glow, giving you an airbrushed finish on your arms, legs and decolletage. We’d recommend waiting about 10 minutes after applying it just to give it a little time to try, but then you’re good to go, with no sticky feeling and a flawless look.
Sunescape Hydrating Body Butter
The first thing we noticed about the Sunescape Hydrating Body Butter is HOW GOOD IT SMELLS. Wow. As soon as you lift the lid, the delicious scents of coconut, cocoa and shea butter greet your nose, and linger on your skin after applying. The rich formula uses the two aforementioned butters, as well as a range of other nourishing oils, antioxidants, vitamins and fruit extracts to soothe and moisturise skin. The key to having a flawless fake tan is to prevent your skin from drying out, which is why it’s so important to use a moisturising tan formula, as well as keep hydrating your skin daily with products like the body butter.
