Bing Boy Release Tasty New Summer Range

Summer is here folks (even though it doesn’t feel like it) and with it comes an influx of new summer foodie menus. Yay!

Bing Boy‘s new warm weather menu includes a healthy prawn and silken tofu bowl with brown rice, loads of veggies, crispy wontons and satay sauce, and a pulled pork bing with okonomi sauce. We were invited in to try the new menu and popped past Rundle Place one sunny Wednesday afternoon to indulge.

Pulled Pork Bing

The new pork bing was a hit with us, as we both smashed ours in under five minutes flat. The slow roasted pulled pork, combined with cabbage, spinach, coriander, mint and smothered in deliciously gooey okonomi sauce just worked so well together and made for a satisfying lunch!

The brown rice bowl definitely tasted a whole lot healthier, but once we added the satay sauce we chowed down on all those fresh veggies, prawns, tofu and brown rice pretty quickly.

A new iced tea is also available at Bing Boy for summer, and it’s a refreshing Oolong tea with fresh peach, mint, lime and agave syrup.

The new menu is available at Bing Boy’s all across South Australia until the weather starts to cool down and we’re hankering for soups again.
