The Brunch Club Kicks Off at The Moseley for 2018

As of this week, spring has officially arrived in Adelaide. With the cherry blossoms’ arrival and the sun shyly peeking out from behind some reluctant clouds, it certainly feels like time to spend an entire Sunday brunching. And there’s no better place to brunch on a Sunday in spring than The Moseley’s Brunch Club.

Operating across Sundays in spring and summer, The Brunch Club has become super popular since its debut last year. Those who attended last year know that it’s morning full of great food, giggle-inducing drinks, and chilled tunes.

Held in The Moseley’s upstairs dining room and balcony, The Brunch Club lets you enjoy the warm sunshine while relaxing on blue-and-white wicker chairs while enjoying a view of palm trees.

The three-course brunch is designed to share, and is perfect for large groups or meeting new people. You’ll start with fresh banana bread and honeycomb butter, as well as poached seasonal fruit (hello, rhubarb), apple cider yoghurt, and puffed grains.

One of the surprising highlights of the morning was the four-cheese frittata, a flavourful little morsel that left us hoping to swipe an extra square from the share plate.

You’ll also receive share plates piled with chilli and herb scrambled eggs, smashed avocado, Barossa bacon, roast tomatoes and sourdough toast to make your own plate up, exactly how you like it.

Delicious! The Moseley Brunch Club

Delicious!

The final course features fluffy baby scones with delicious house-made strawberry jam and creamy vanilla mascarpone, and a seasonal fruit platter to finish off. The plentiful delectable foods on offer, multiple drinks across the morning, and the summery vibes make it easy to feel like you could continue on well into the afternoon.

Our recommendation? Grab some girlfriends and make a full day of it. Take advantage of the beachside location and spend the entire Sunday brunching, alternating between espressos and espresso martinis, and strolling along the sand.

The next dates for the Brunch Club are Sunday 23 September, Sunday 28 October, and Sunday 25 November. This year, there’s also a Brunch Club on December 23rd, for those looking for something a little different this Christmas. You can book your tickets by calling 08 8295 3966. But, be quick, as these events do sell out.

There are three types of tickets that you can purchase, depending on what drinks you’d like to have. $35pp will get you three courses and a glass of prosecco on arrival. For $55pp you get the prosecco plus an espresso martini, or go all out and get two glasses of prosecco and an espresso martini for $75pp. Each package includes all three courses.
