We’d like to wish our wonderful designer hire boutique Something Borrowed Adelaide a very happy first birthday!
Something Borrowed are one of our favourite Adelaide fashion powerhouses, renting out some of Australia’s finest designer labels such as Nicholas, Manning Cartell, Ae’lkemi, Portia & Scarlett and so many more well known names. As you have likely already seen, we wear a lot of Something Borrowed, and are huge supporters of the boutique.
Last week we had the honour of hosting Something Borrowed’s exclusive first birthday party at Apothecary 1878. The night was a most glamorous affair complete with flowing champagne, customised SB lollipops handmade by Petal and Pop, a local DJ playing some party tunes and fabulous Finesse Models as live mannequins dressed in Something Borrowed.
Adelaide’s fashion crowd came together for an evening of indulgence, spoiled with endless drinks and treats as they mixed and mingled in the old glamour setting of Apothecary 1878’s lush upstairs function room. The room was dripping in a deep, luxurious maroon colour and dim mood-lighting to set scene, with red velvet couch seating and gold-framed artwork decorating the walls.
We definitely had a fun night celebrating Something Borrowed’s first birthday and would like to wish the SB girls all the best for the future!
