Now that we’re back in the office we finally get to dress up and wear makeup again! Looking good for work always puts us in a great headspace for the day, but wearing super heavy foundation has never been the way for us. We tend to steer clear of the fuller coverage foundations we use in the evening as they clog our pores and tend to break up by the end of the workday. Instead, we favour lighter, more moisturising foundations and BB creams.
Nude By Nature, one of Australia’s top mineral makeup brands, has just released a new foundation that ticks all the boxes. The Hydra Serum Tinted Skin Perfector has designed to be a blend between foundation and skincare, offering lightweight coverage with a fresh, radiant finish.
Crafted with hyaluronic acid to moisturise the skin like a serum, the foundation is sheer but can be built up without creasing and caking. As well as being good for your skin it’s also 100% natural and clean, dermatologist tested and suitable for people with sensitive skin.
We gave it a test run one morning before work to see how it would wear throughout the day. A little goes a long way with this foundation and it is quite dew-y, so we’d recommend putting on some setting powder over the top to ensure your liner and mascara doesn’t transfer onto your skin throughout the day. We also used some of the Natural Glow Loose Bronzer on our cheekbones to give us a little colour. At the end of the day our skin was still looking fresh and glowing, no caking in sight! Definitely a win for our everyday makeup bag.
