Lounging at home with Femme Luxe

You may have noticed on our Instagram stories that we’ve been recycling the same cosy clothing pieces pretty frequently. That’s because we literally moved back to Australia from London as the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic really started to get serious, and then snuck into Sydney days before isolation. Because of this, we only had a suitcase each to live out of, as we were SUPPOSED to be heading back to Adelaide to collect the rest of our stuff in the following weeks (obviously as state borders closed, we couldn’t).

Luckily Femme Luxe heard our CALLS for cute loungewear sets and boy did they deliver. They have pages and pages of cute and comfy pieces to wear around the house, in every style from super comfy and baggy to cute and IG-worthy. Kristen went for the first option, and got the Maria Loungewear Tracksuit Set in navy. It’s quite loose-fitting and really cosy, the perfect set to relax around the house in during iso. A tip though; if you like your loungewear to be REALLY loose and baggy, go up a size. Kristen got the S/M but could easily have gone the M/L if she wanted a little bit of extra room to play around with. The Maria Loungewear set is also available in a range of on-trend colours from khaki to beige.

Kristen is also a big t-shirt lover, and Femme Luxe have a huge range of chic slogan t-shirts in a variety of colours. She went for the playful Eleanor ‘Honey’ Oversized T-Shirt in black, which features a fun scripted slogan across the front. Although it’s an oversized t-shirt it’s actually quite fitted (which Kristen prefers as she loves tucking her t-shirt into jeans), so if you were after a true oversized t-shirt, we’d recommend going up a size again. Kristen wears the S/M but would go a M/L for a baggier fit.

Mel loved the Dianna Cropped Loungewear Set so much, she got it in two colours – caramel and black. As opposed to Kristen’s cosy and comfy picks, this set is a little more stylish and ‘grammable, perfect for wearing in all your at-home selfies with your iso-baked goods or new herb garden. It’s quite fitted, with the bottoms fitting almost like leggings, so this is a great pick if you’re after a cropped loungewear set that hugs your curves and shows off your figure.
