Photo Diary: Coltish in Port Lincoln

When we weren’t swimming with sea lions and sharks with Adventure Bay Charters, sun baking on boats and eating our weight in seafood, we couldn’t help but lounge around and admire the gorgeous scenery that Port Lincoln offers. From panoramic beaches, cute little cafes and the burnt Australian outback skirting the town, Port Lincoln doesn’t have a boring view as far as the eye can see.

While we were admiring the scenery, we also shot some of our favourite pieces from Coltish, one of the newest retail additions to King William Road. We love Coltish because they stock comfortable but stylish holiday wear that can easily be dressed down for the beach or dressed up for a night out.

The ‘Lucinda Pleat Maxi Dress’ by We Are Kindred that Kristen wears is easily one of her all-time favourite maxi dresses. The delicate pleating makes sure the dress is constantly moving and flowing elegantly, while the muted pink, grey and purple tones of the flowers gives the dress a classy, elegant feel. Kristen also wears ‘The Russo’ hat by Lack of Colour, a luxuriously-oversized straw hat that both makes you look fabulous and ensures you definitely won’t get sunburnt.

Mel wears the ‘Mimosa Shirt’ by Madison Square and the ‘Navy Strip Short’ by Sarah Jane Knapp to make a cute and sophisticated, monochrome outfit. The subtle clashing of prints gives the outfit a unique SS16/17 feel, while the keyhole top tucked into high-waisted shorts elongates Mel’s legs and flatters her hourglass figure.
