It might just be us, but it was during our summer spent backpacking (sort of) around Europe that we were properly introduced to the refreshing drink that is the Aperol Spritz.
It would be hard to walk past a group of Aussies in Venice and not hear them jovially yelling ‘Aperol Sprrritzah!’ while sipping on the bright orange drink.
Now, with the introduction of a new pop-up down Clubhouse Lane, you can recreate those sunny European days right here in the Adelaide CBD.
Club Aperol will be serving the signature spritz for just $10, as well as variations on other aperitif-based cocktails like the Negroni.
Nibbles are also on the menu, perfect for sharing, including tasty bites like grazing boards, salt and pepper squid, Cajun chicken sliders and croquettes.
The vibrant space is filled with bright orange, white and blue striped furnishings, big umbrellas and playful orange bushes to really make you feel like you’re in the Italian countryside.
Club Aperol is open from Thursday to Sunday 5pm until Midnight, however the space is also available for private function hire 7 days a week, just in time for event season.
