South Australian fashion designers know no bounds in growing their labels.
Three Adelaide Fashion Festival designers – Acler, Paige Rowe, and So It Goes (SIG) the Label – will showcase their collections on the runway in Jakarta to influential investors, buyers, and prominent business identities.
The designers will then make their way to Vietnam to continue networking with textile facilities and other key market contacts. This opportunity for international exposure and establishing connections is incredible for emerging designers to develop their brand and their labels reach.

Chris Kontos, Adelaide Fashion Festival’s creative director, said these South Australian designers are paving the way to a new Adelaide fashion scene.
“These designers are among Adelaide’s new frontier of fashion and are motivated, inspired businesswomen who are building their labels independently,” he said.
The group will also meet with members from the Ho Chi Minh City Association for Women Executives and Entrepreneurs and the Vietnam Textile and Apparel Association, giving the designers the chance to share their own experiences and develop ideas.

The Adelaide Fashion Festival will run from October 19th to 23rd and will feature and celebrate a range of homegrown fashion labels.
