Your front door needs this fancy Christmas wreath from The Botanist

The Botanist x September Studio Christmas Wreath

As avid Christmas lovers who live in shared apartments in central Sydney, it’s tough trying to find the perfect festive decorations for our home. A little goes a long way in a small apartment, so if you want to decorate you’ve got to be super selective about the few pieces you can hang around your home. This year we’ve found the perfect Christmas decor for our front door though, courtesy of a collaboration between The Botanist and September Studio.

Effortlessly combining traditional festive design with modern floristry, this Christmas wreath has been artfully crafted by the florists at September Studio using native Australian flora. This isn’t just any flora though – each part of the wreath has been carefully selected as it complements the botanicals in The Botanist’s iconic gin perfectly, or is an actual botanical found in the gin. Due to this, it’s more than just a pretty piece of decor. You can actually use pieces of the wreath to garnish your gin drinks, making it the perfect gift for yourself or the gin lover in your life.

I’ve had my wreath hanging on my front door for the last week, and every time I come home the door smells absolutely beautiful. You can bet I’ll be leaving this wreath on the door well after Christmas, squeezing all the life out of the beautiful botanicals until they’re no more.

If you’re a Sydneysider you can purchase one of these beautiful Christmas wreaths from September Studio in Darlinghurst or from their online shop, along with a bottle of The Botanist at the same time. It’s a match made in heaven, and something truly special to celebrate the end of another year in lockdown!
