Kicking off at 9am on Sunday the 30th July, the event features a 45 minute bootcamp run by Adelaide personal trainer and Instagram personality Dasha Gaivoronski.
The morning event will also include a cooking demonstration with Dasha who will show you quick, easy ways to incorporate Happy Way’s nourishing and healthy products into your diet.

All profits from the community event will be donated to Kickstart for Kids which aims to help disadvantaged school children in South Australia.
