Popular central bar and cafe Lindes Lane are celebrating their first birthday on 16th of April the only way they know how; with a huge party. The event will run straight through from 7:30am until well past midnight, with drink and food specials, giveaways and music flooding the laneway all day and night.
The Sunny Lindes Lane Alleyway
From 8am the lively crew at Lindes will also be playing host to a huge record day sale presented by Crackle & Pop, with loads of rare and and coveted records being sold on the day. If you’re a lover of vinyl, you’ll know people go crazy at record day and it’s best to get in early to avoid huge lines!
Chef YoYo’s Amazing Selection Platter
Lindes gourmet breakfast menu will be running until the afternoon, with standout meals like their Breakfast Jaffle (house made baked beans and manchego) sure to be a big seller. Afternoon time will see dishes like our personal favourite, the Asian Sashimi Tuna Nachos make an appearance, and at 5pm huge paella dishes will be cooking in the alleyway, chicken and seafood for the carnivores and a vegetable options for the vegos.
Hidden Speakeasy Barlow
Bars will be everywhere (it is a Saturday after all), with a pop-up bar in the laneway, the main bar inside pumping and also Lindes’ best kept secret Barlow making a rare public appearance. Drink specials like $15 espresso martini’s and fresh sangria will you have day drinking for sure, and craft brewery of the moment Pirate Life will be sponsoring the event and featuring their three new styles of beer. Slabs of their newest concoction are up for grabs, with a Lindes Lane Instagram competition soon to be announced and one lucky party-goer picking up a door prize on the day.
Howard Vineyard’s Delicious Pinot Noir Chardonnay
DJs from Fresh.fm will be pumping in the laneway playing music to get you in those sunny Saturday vibes. Vinyl will be spinning downstairs in Barlow until late, taking you out of Adelaide and to a party place somewhere far away.
