After two quiet years from Lisa Mitchell, the English-born Australian singer-songwriter has finally announced a National Tour this October, following the release her latest single The Boys. The ‘Something About These Streets’ National tour comes after a recent sold-out tour with US band Grouplove during August.
Mitchell’s tour will start with Melbourne on October 14th, and travel through Brisbane, Sydney, Perth, and wrap up in Adelaide at Rocket Bar on October 28th. The Boys was the first taste to Mitchell’s third album Warriors, out on October 14th. Warriors is produced by Eric J, known for working with Chet Faker, Flume and The Rubens, and Mitchell says it is refreshingly different to her previous work. Be sure to jump online for tickets, which went on sale August 24th.
