As always, we’re head over heels for APM Monaco‘s glamorous new designs. And this time around, we’ve been a little indulgent by picking styles from more than just one collection. Choosing from Collection Valentine, Fun Crazy Love, and Archi Noir, we thought we’d mix things up and style them all together for our latest photo diary.
Collection Valentine is the newest collection online and, as we’re sure you’ve guessed by the name, it has launched in the lead up to Valentine’s Day. However, it’s not all pretty hearts and flowers…
Collection Valentine brings a distinctly contemporary edge, with splashes of acid green and hot pink thrown into the mix. Featuring boxy chains, rectangular lines and heartbeat engravings, these pieces are anything but conventional. Think Valentine’s Day jewellery with a bit of a modern makeover.
Despite all of cutting-edge designs and trendsetting options, we found ourselves gravitating towards the minimalist finishes of the Love Morse Code Ring. Engraved with the word ‘LOVE’ on the inside, this silver ring is a sweet way of saying it without words this V-day. The zirconia embellishments add a touch of extra luxury to an otherwise minimal design. We love, love, love it. ?
Keeping on the romantic theme, we also chose a couple of styles from the Fun Crazy Love collection. We had so much fun with the customisation of this set! Offering the option of engraving gold and silver lettered pendants, we personalised our picks to perfection.
Mel chose to pay tribute to the one and only true love in her life with the quote: “J’aime le fromage”. Kristen confessed her love for London with the coordinates of her old apartment located in Shoreditch. We both chose the appropriate letters ‘M’ and ‘K’ to decorate the front of our pendants. Again, not very conventional choices for a romantic engraving, but ones that we still hold close to our hearts nonetheless.
Finally, it was the Archi Noir collection that absolutely blew us away. We honestly would have ordered everything had it been an option. Highlighting sparkling spikes and serpent shapes, the selection flaunts a dark and edgy gothic aesthetic.
Having picked the serpent styles ourselves, we think there’s just something so perfect about using snakes in jewellery. They can make quite the statement wrapped around as rings, earrings, ear cuffs and bracelets. We chose the Serpent Open Ring and Serpent Hoop Earrings.
